About Coperta
Join us for an authentic Southern Italian meal that you would find on a corner Trattoria in Rome. Coperta is the Italian word for “blanket.” We hope to offer a warm, welcoming dining experience, much as if we’d wrapped a blanket over the shoulder of our guests.
Our Chef and Owner Paul C. Reilly was recently named a 2025 James Beard Semifinalist, "Best Chef: Mountain"
