Covid 19 Takeout Guidelines
We look forward to having you back. The safety and health of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance and to help ensure everyone’s well being, we have implemented the following measures.
What we ask of our guests:
Are required when entering Coperta and when picking up takeout. Please wear your mask until you get to your table and anytime you walk around the restaurant (including when you go to the restroom). This is for your safety and the safety of our team. No Mask=No Service!
If you feel sick, please stay home
If you are not feeling well and are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please do NOT come in: cough, fever, muscle aches, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath or sore throat. We will be happy to reschedule your reservation for another day when you are feeling 100%.
Make a Reservation
Once we open for Dine-in, we are not requiring reservations, we do encourage them. We will have limited indoor and outdoor seating based on Colorado’s state guidelines
Use Contactless Payment
We encourage our guests to use contactless payment and we can process credit cards if you prefer. We will not be taking cash until further notice.
Wash your Hands
Please help us by washing your hands frequently. We also offer multiple hand sanitizing stations set up throughout the dining room and our take out counter
Please abide by the 6-feet Social Distancing guidelines throughout your dining experience. We have used floor markings to assist in high-traffic areas. We also ask that you are mindful and refrain from handshakes, fist bumps, hugging, and high fiving staff. We have missed you, too!
What our team is doing to keep a safe dining experience:
While we have always followed the strictest cleaning and sanitization guidelines, we are adding some extra precautions.
Every day upon arrival, staff members have their temperature checked. Each member of the staff is also required to have a Wellness Check in with their Manager before starting work.
Our team is required to wear masks at all times while on shift and in the restaurant.
Our menus will be available through a QR code to view on your Smartphone. If you prefer a paper menu, we will have single-use menus available from the host.
On every shift, there is a team member that serves as the Sanitization Captain. They are responsible for sanitizing all areas of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, door handles, faucets, and more.
Handwashing is mandatory and will be completed by team members frequently throughout each shift.
Added Outdoor Dining
We are working with the City of Denver to expand our outdoor seating so our guests may dine outdoors once we open our dining room and patios.
